Michael is a long-time Hamilton local, the creator behind Pilothouse, and impressively toes the line between project management needs and creative vision. He first “captained” Pilothouse in 2012, turning his passion project into a full-service Hamilton production company, managing highly-complex creative and commercial projects with ease. Michael captures the essence of every project’s “big picture” goals and weaves it into the smallest detail. If you want a high-quality video delivered on time and budget, Michael is your guy. When he’s not busy on set, he’s chasing down his two young sons, spending time with his wife, and sneaking in a few Raptors’ games.

Alisa (pronounced A-lee-sa) has built a seriously impressive skill set over the last 13 years as an award-winning producer, but it’s her commitment to family that ties it all together. While her ability to say no without actually saying “no” is pure magic, her success is limitless through her work with major industry players like Volkswagen, Canadian Tire, Cadillac, Sport Chek, Mitsubishi, President’s Choice, and Bauer.
Alisa is the producer that every creative team needs. When she’s not flawlessly guiding the creative process with resourceful problem-solving and transparent communications, she’s hanging out with her family, golfing, sweating on her Peloton, practicing yoga, and planning her next travel adventure.

With 10 years in animation and motion graphics, 6 years in visual effects, and an array of impressive videography and editing skills, there is very little this man cannot do – and do well. Christopher is a true artist, transforming your raw footage into a video that propels your brand. When Christopher isn’t nerding out behind a computer, he’s spending time with his two kids and trying to keep the tomatoes alive in his vegetable garden.
